We replaced the old technology tube televisions and replaced them with new flat screens. We lost some weight with this, and gained the luxuries of the modern smart TV. 

After building the backing wall, we used a full tilt bracket for best viewing options. 

We also replaced the tube TV in the bedroom with a fixed flat screen.
