We also had the rusted framing to deal with. 

It was pretty rough looking. 

Rust. 

So we removed as much rust as we could and smoothed out the insualtion. 

The next step was to coat the steel. 

We used a rust converter coating to take care of the rust that we were unable to remove.

Everything put back together. 

Because we didn't replace the fiberglass, there is still a wave because the fiberglass was warped. 

But it's dry, solid and our cutomer saved the money on the paint part of this job.
